Natonia S. Davis, LCSW, MBA is the founder of SOCIAL WORK CEO, L.L.C. Ms. Davis is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience working with veterans, active duty service members, the geriatric population, and adults with mental health and addiction disorders in both individual and group settings. Ms. Davis holds a Bachelors degree in Criminology from Florida State University, a Masters In Social Work from the University of South Florida, and a Masters in Business Administration from Webster University.
Ms. Davis holds certifications as a Board Certified Diplomate in Social Work, is an Internationally Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor, and is a Qualified Supervisor for Registered Social Work Interns in the State of Florida. She is licensed to practice as an independent practitioner in the states of Georgia and Florida. Ms. Davis is a Masters level Certified Addiction Professional (MCAP) in the state of Florida through the Florida Certification Board.
Her years of experience working in the field of social work and mental health include working with the following federal and state agencies: Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of Army, & the State of Florida Department of Children and Families. She has experience working with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, home health agencies, and hospice.
She has worked collaboratively with the state of Florida Agency for Healthcare Administration while working as the Director of Social Services for a skilled nursing facility from 2005-2007. From 2007-2010, she focused on working with hospice patients with a hospice agency in Lakeland, FL. In 2010, Ms. Davis began working for the federal government as a social worker. She began supervising masters level graduate interns and turned her focus in 2015 to supervision of clinical social work interns looking to obtain licensure to practice independently in the states of Florida and Georgia.
She is passionate about leading, mentoring, and coaching mental health clinicians to identify their niche in a broad but demanding field through clinical supervision. Ms. Davis desires to improve the functioning of social service organizations through advising and coaching in clinical care processes and administration of policies to improve the quality of care provided to the community.
